Shaun T and I have broken up. We are no longer besties. In fact, I’m convinced that man is insane in the membrane!
But as insane as he is, the results are real so I suppose I’ll stop commenting on his craziness for now.
I just completed day 36 which was the Fit Test and the Max Interval Circuit. Now that I’ve completed both, I think I should have taken the Fit Test first as my results have surely taken a hit in some areas though other areas have continued to improve.
Last week was a good week. I liked the Core and Balance week. Those are both things I’m avidly working on. The hip flexor and shoulder workout is really good.
Yesterday I watched today’s Max Interval Circuit and honestly thought that I wouldn’t be able to keep up or finish. I did really well. The warm up has changed and there’s an added move that I am trying to work up to. It’s the S kicks. This workout was significantly longer and tougher. I loved it. I’m resuming my 5am workouts since these Insanity workouts have gone up to 60+ min.
